THE CHOICE PROJECT

Selecting Hotel as the design programme for the choice project, a signature hotel experience designed based on a client profile is needed to be developed through the use of the human-centered design methods introduced by the company, FITCH. This project is a team work with three other interior design students.

THE PITCH

The watercolour was a team effort and the layout helps to organise the sequence of the Pitch that the team have to present to FITCH. After looking deeper into the client’s profile as well as identifying the pain points and opportunities, each team member expanded the ideation of the different touchpoints.
